Information on Clif Bar

Clif bar was created in 1992 by Gary Erickson, the owner of Clif Bar Inc., and named after his father Clifford and it is a type of energy bar. They are made with whole grains, and includes goodies such as milled flaxseed, extra fiber and fruits. All these are natural with no dairy products. It provides a healthy dose of 23 vitamins and minerals. With an additional 3 "seasonal" flavours, there are 15 kinds of clif bar's that are available year-round.
